Katie Taylor’s kicked off her professional career in style tonight in London live on Sky Sports with an impressive third round stoppage of a game Karina Kopinska. The result was never in doubt with Taylor dominating proceedings from the opening bell with her fast combinations and hooks to the body proving particularly effective.
The Bray native upped the pace in the third round forcing her Polish opponent into a corner before unleashing a hurtful barrage of punches that forced the intervention of referee Bob Williams.

Taylor emerged unscathed from tonights fight to ensure that she remains on track for a second professional outing on the undercard of Anthony Joshua’s World Heavyweight title defence in Manchester on December 10th.
