One year ago today Katie Taylor left her amateur career behind and embarked on an exciting new journey in the professional ranks. An impressive stoppage win over Karina Kopinska at Wembley Arena in London was the perfect start and since then things have only gone from strength to strength culminating in Katie winning the WBA World Lightweight title in Cardiff last month.
